JSYK the code would be much cleaner using an Array of objects sorted with a simple pointCloudArray.sort( function( a, b ){ return a.z-b.z ) } ); and keep the original coordinates instead of always rotating by .1 radians which multiply the floating point errors. Neat result anyway. Never tried to use this technique to make some fur, only used to make clouds and gas nebulas ( see http://www.p01.org/releases/DHTML_contests/ ).
